It has as always been the case it is just you and me.
We have the right to refuse services if we feel a client may be ill or have been exposed to have a contagious condition.If you have traveled out of state we ask that you wait 14 days before coming in. Including and excluding Covid-19 symptoms.
If you have close contact with someone who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19 or you have symptoms of COVID-19 you must reschedule your appointment at least 14 days from date of contact or your symptoms.

Repeated shaking with chills
Loss of taste or smell
Feeling feverish or measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
Known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19
You will receive an email the day before your appointment and a text message if you are opt-in on schedulicity. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
If you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to return to the salon, We are incorporating extensive new and improved sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation including masks, gloves, UV Sterilizer, and temperature check before entering. This is implemented for both of us.
We ask that when you wait in our waiting area on the 20th floor that you safe distance yourself from others. There are sanitizer stations located on each floor of the building.
Before coming back for your appointment we will need you to wash your hands.
For your safety and mine, we will conduct a no-contact thermometer check if your temperature is 100. degrees Fahrenheit or above we will need you to reschedule your appointment. When at least 3 days have passed since recovery you may come back in.
If you have signs or symptoms of COVID-19 there will be no charge if less than 24 hour cancellation, however, you will be required to wait 14 days before coming in for your next appointment .
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged an automatic fee of $25.00.
We will charge a $50 fee if you miss your appointment and fail to call us before your appointment time scheduled/No Call No Show and will be processed the same day of your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services or new clients the chance to come in for a full set. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied.

Parking meters on West 2nd St. between Congress Ave. and Colorado St. or on Colorado St. between West 2nd St. and West Cesar Chavez St.
Parking Garage is off West Cesar Chavez St. between Congress Ave and Colorado St. you will see a blue sign that states visitor parking the cost is typical $3.00 every 20 minutes or $10 after 5 pm
Please do not bring extra guests with you to your appointment at this time.
